Hello Parents,

On Tuesday, May 21st, our students will practice for their graduation ceremony at Martin Street Church of God.  I inadvertently forgot to send home the permission slip today.  However, I have attached it to this email.

Please, please, please print it and return or complete it and return via email.  We must have a permission slip on file in order for your child to ride the bus.

Savannah Packing List 

NOTE. . . .

Each student is asked to limit their luggage to ONE medium size overnight bag and one small carry-on  due to space limitations.

Monday – May 13, 2013

·       wear  spirit tees and jeans or shorts, comfortable shoes for walking

Tuesday – May – 14, 2013

·      wear 8^th Grade tee and jeans or shorts, comfortable shoes for walking

Wednesday – May 15, 2013

·      wear red spirit tee or red shirt and jeans or shorts, comfortable shoes for walking

Items to bring

·      Light Jacket or Hoodie

·      Optional – a change of clothes for dinner (dressy casual for a restaurant)

·      Optional – swimwear for hotel pool/beach girls one piece, boys shorts style trunks, flip flops

·      Change of underwear (2-3)

·      Socks

·      Shower cap  and/or Scarf

·      Toiletries (deodorant, lotion, comb, brush, toothpaste, sunscreen, hair products, etc…)

·      PJ’s (modest sleepwear, please), slippers

·      Hat, shades, etc.. for sun exposure

·      Money for lunch (approx $20)

·      Optional – pillow and/or blanket for the bus

·      Optional – money for souvenirs

·      Medications – (turn in to Mrs. Roberts or Ms. Horton Thursday morning with instructions)

·      Allergy Notification (especially food)

·      Optional – cell phones, cameras, ipods, ipads, chargers and other electronic devices bring at your own risk.  We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

·      Optional – pillow and/or blanket for the bus (it will be cold)

·      Optional –  snacks

·      Umbrella
